Phoned at 4.30 pm – were told they would be with me within 2 hours – it’s now 6.20 pm, and they’ve been, unblocked and gone. I can’t really say much more as they were here and gone in a flash. The drain is unblocked, so I’m happy.

I called them in the morning and they were able to come the same day. They charged a fixed price. They had to saw through my decking to get to the manhole cover to get their unblocking equipment down. They replaced everything and left it immaculate. They were very nice men
